MCC - Example Content Assessment Worksheet

This is an example worksheet used during LOB document assessment process.

Please note, this is here to help you begin thinking about what questions to ask and the information to gather when assessing documents in a line of business.  And only provides the first level of information needed to begin creating a classification or taxonomy.

The term 'Content Type' in column B might be confusing because 'Content Type' in MOSS means something different than 'File Type' which is what is being recorded in the template as an example.
